- PE film coated paper, Polyethylene (PE): The most common coating, a petroleum-based plastic applied in layers. It prevents leakage and withstands both hot and cold temperatures (low-density polyethylene, LDPE, is typical).
- PLA film coated paper,PLA (Polylactic Acid): A biodegradable bioplastic derived from cornstarch or sugarcane, used in “compostable” cups. Requires industrial composting facilities to break down.
- PBS coated paper, PBS, a plastic possessing the dual characteristics of substituting biomass materials for plastic materials and utilizing the properties of plastics while adding biodegradability.

How to use PE film coated paper to make paper cups?
While Heating or Ultrasonic Wave is applied on PE film,
the PE film melted (by heating or ultrasonic wave),
then the melt part be welding(sealing) by PRESS.
