• PLA film coated paper,PLA (Polylactic Acid): A biodegradable bioplastic derived from cornstarch or sugarcane, used in « compostable » cups. Requires industrial composting facilities to break down.
• PBS coated paper, PBS, a plastic possessing the dual characteristics of substituting biomass materials for plastic materials and utilizing the properties of plastics while adding biodegradability.
• Plastic free water based barrier coated paper, said it is plastic free, biodegrable and compostable.

In market most popular paper cup material is PE Film Coated Paper (PE Film Laminated Paper);

How to use PE film coated paper to make paper cups?
While Heating or Ultrasonic Wave is applied on PE film,
the PE film melted (by heating or ultrasonic wave),
then the melt part be welding(sealing) by PRESS.

• (3) PLA: Polylactide / Polylactic acid , full-biodegrable material, cost more than PE paper,
