Normally, paper cup raw material is the material, which can be used in paper cup machine to make paper cup bowl container, popularly named as CUP PAPER .

The materials which can be used in paper cup machine are: Papitre en revêtement, Papier couché PLA, Papier couché PBS, papier enduit barrière à base d'eau, wax coated paper.

Paper cup raw material type:

• Papier enduit de film PE, Polyéthylène (Pep): Le revêtement le plus courant, un plastique à base de pétrole appliqué en couches. Il empêche les fuites et résiste aux températures chaudes et froides (polyéthylène basse densité, LDPE, est typique).
• Papier enduit de film PLA, PLA (Acide polylactique): Un bioplastique biodégradable dérivé de la fécule de maïs ou de la canne à sucre, utilisé dans « compostable » tasses. Nécessite la décomposition des installations de compostage industriel.
• Papier couché PBS, PBS, un plastique possédant la double caractéristique de remplacer les matériaux de biomasse par des matériaux plastiques et d'utiliser les propriétés des plastiques tout en ajoutant une biodégradabilité.
• Plastic free paper, papier enduit barrière à base d'eau, il a dit qu'il était sans plastique, biodégradable et compostable.
• Wax coated paper, almost the first cup paper, now STOPPED.

Pendant que le chauffage ou l'onde ultrasonique est appliqué sur le film PE,
le film PE a fondu (par chauffage ou par ultrasons),
puis la partie fondue sera soudée(scellage) par PRESSE.
