1, Base paperboard / cardboard

Food grade paperboard / cardboard, thickness from 150 ~350जीएसएम, from paper mills factory.

• Virgin wood pulp cardboard, food grade. This is the primary material, providing a hygienic and safe material for food contact.
• Bamboo pulp paperboard, natural color paper cups, natural brown paper cups.
• Kraft paper: Known for its strength and brown color, is often used for high-end or reusable cups.
• Coated paper: It is like gray based paper coated film, paper feel soft and easy crack tear.
• Recycled wood pulp: should be food grade paper.
• Gray-based paper, for double wall out sleeve.

2, कलई करना / Laminating

A coating / laminating machine do this process. Coating film on base paper, for waterpoof and leakproof.

Coating material: पीई, प्ला, पीबीएस, Water based barrier coating, Wax coating.

• पीई (polyethylene): Coating machine extrusion the PE film liner on the base paper. PE coated paper is the most common paper for cups making.

2-1, पीई लेपित कागज

• • in market, PE coating paper is the most popular material for paper cup making machines.

3, Slitting and Sheeter

• Slitting machine, slit big width roll to narrowl roll (कप बॉटम रोल). (roll print, die cut, punch)

4, Printing

Print artwork logo for paper cups.

• Roll print: Flexo पेपर कप प्रिंटिंग मशीन, water based ink, food grade, safe.
• Sheet print: Offset printer machine, web printing machine. Ink heavy smell problem, or color is easy scratched off.
• Fan print: डिजिटल पेपर कप प्रिंटिंग मशीन, print on white cup fan blank.

5, Die cutting and Punching

Die cut / punch the print paper to cup fan wall blanks (कप स्टॉक).

5-1, Roll die cut :

Roll पेपर कप काटने की मशीन, flat bed, easy change wooden knife board, die cut roll paper to cup fan blank sheet.

After die cut, need separate the cup fan from the die cut sheet, each fan a point joint on the scraps.

Manual separate, stripping, manual take the cup fan from the die cut sheet.

Auto separate, stripping

• • Roll die cutting and stripping machine, after die cut, auto stripping, collect cup fans.
  • Stripping machine, take out the cup fan, and strip the scraps.

5-2, Roll punching:

Roll पेपर कप पंचिंग मशीन, punch roll paper to cup fan blanks, collect cup fan stock, no need worker to separte the cup fan, only the punch die blade is costly.

Best one machine punch one size, frequantly change blade not that good for machine.

5-3, Sheet die cutting:

Manual die cut, Creasing & काटने की मशीन, feed sheet ,die cut and out sheet, need take out the cup fans by hand or auto stripping machine.

Auto die cut:

• • Flat bed sheet cutting machine, automatic die cut.
  • Flat bed sheet cutting & stripping machine, cut and stipping automatic.

6, Making paper cups , of paper cup production line

Pack bags into carton, stacking cartons to store.

• Manual pack: manual put bags into carton, stick tap, stack cartons to store.

9, Plastic lids and Paper lids
