1, Картон-основа / cardboard

Food grade paperboard / cardboard, thickness from 150 ~350гсм, from paper mills factory.

• Virgin wood pulp cardboard, food grade. This is the primary material, providing a hygienic and safe material for food contact.
• Bamboo pulp paperboard, natural color paper cups, natural brown paper cups.
• Kraft paper: Known for its strength and brown color, is often used for high-end or reusable cups.

2, Coating / Laminating

A coating / laminating machine do this process. Coating film on base paper, for waterpoof and leakproof.

5, Die cutting and Punching

5-1, Roll die cut :
