While paper cups hold hot water coffee tea, single layer paper cup is too hot to hold, to prevent hand scald by hot water, so make the double wall paper cups.
Double wall style: hollow paper cup sleeve, ripple paper cup sleeve.
Machine whole process as: wall sleeve fan feed and suck, hot melt glue spray (option), ultrasonic sealing (copper option ), lift wall to main mold, bottom fold, knurling, transfer to stick plate, spray a circle water glue (servo motor control, rotate a circle) inside the sleeve wall, suck cup down to sleeve, push the sleeve into cup rim space, discharge, count and collect.
Make ripple double wall paper cup sleeve jacket, require two machines together work.
Firstly, single wall cup making machine to make the inner paper cups.
Then feed the single wall cups to double wall cup sleeve machine to make the sleeve jacket.
