Paper cups are disposable cups made out of paperboard and often lined or coated with plastic or wax to prevent liquid from leaking out or soaking through the paper.

Normally, paper cup raw material is the material, which can be used in paper cup machine to make paper cup bowl container, popularly named as CUP PAPER .

The materials which can be used in paper cup machine are: PE beschichtete Papier, PLA coated paper, PBS coated paper, wasserbasiertes, barrierebeschichtetes Papier, wax coated paper.

Paper cup material type:

• Mit PE-Folie beschichtetes Papier, Polyethylen (Pe): Die häufigste Beschichtung, ein schichtweise aufgetragener Kunststoff auf Erdölbasis. Es verhindert ein Auslaufen und hält sowohl heißen als auch kalten Temperaturen stand (Polyethylen niedriger Dichte, LDPE, ist typisch).
• Mit PLA-Folie beschichtetes Papier,PLA (Polylactsäure): Ein biologisch abbaubares bioplastisches aus Maisstärke oder Zuckerrohr abgeleitet, verwendet in „kompostierbar“ Tassen. Requires industrial composting facilities to break down.
• PBS coated paper, PBS, Ein Kunststoff, der die doppelten Eigenschaften des Ersetzens von Biomassematerialien für Kunststoffmaterialien besitzt und die Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen verwendet, während die biologische Abbaubarkeit addiert wird.
• Plastic free paper, wasserbasiertes, barrierebeschichtetes Papier, said it is plastic free, biodegrable and compostable.
• Wax coated paper, almost the first cup paper, now STOPPED.

How to use PE film coated paper to make paper cups?
While Heating or Ultrasonic Wave is applied on PE film,
the PE film melted (by heating or ultrasonic wave),
then the melt part be welding(sealing) by PRESS.

 

Paper cups composed structure

Paper cups are composed of paper cup wall body and paper cup bottom disc.

• Cup wall body: normally name as paper cup fan, paper cup blank, Cup -Aktien, the cup wall body opened shape (like a fan).
