Paper cup packing machine
First, this machine is a 3-side plastic/paper bag sealing & making machine,
center horizontal sealing by two wheel with heater inside,
side end seal by up/down heating blade,
and also auto cut by rotary blade or pneumatic drive blade.
While connect paper cup making machine, automatic convey system feed cups to film bag, seal, cut and discharge.
It is widely used to pack solid items.
Such as package soap, biscuits, bread, instant food, moon cakes, cakes, candies, medicines, daily necessities, five kinds of metal parts, cartons, paper cups, paper lids, paper plates, trays, und so weiter.

Machine working flow:
- Erstens, Sensor detect the packing items, covey transfer the pack items to machine,
- Then, Machine seal the center by gear,
- While the sensors detect the pack items into the bag ,
- Machine pull the bag, end side seal and cut,
- Final pack bags discharge and convey.
Lid packing working flow,
- the lid come out from lid machine slide to pack machine,
- auto feed lid and count to stack function,
- after lid arrival set number, send to film pack machine,
- PLC program control, sensor detect lid, send film (set length),
- wall horizontal seal & vertical side seal cut blade.
- convey transfer packed bag to carton box or pack area.
Paper cup packing working flow,
- Connect to cup machine, every 20 30 50cups stack/pile feed,
- Sensor and PLC keep stable and reliable.
- Film wall gear heating seal & two side seal blade cut,
- Convey the bags to carton box or connect to shrink machine.
- Can set double row or single raw pack.
- Against customer order, connect 1, 2, 4, 6, sets cup machines.
