1, Base paperboard / cardboard

Food grade paperboard / cardboard, thickness from 150 ~350gsm, from paper mills factory.

• Virgin wood pulp cardboard, food grade. This is the primary material, providing a hygienic and safe material for food contact.
• Bamboo pulp paperboard, natural color paper cups, natural brown paper cups.
• Kraft paper: Known for its strength and brown color, is often used for high-end or reusable cups.
• Coated paper: It is like gray based paper coated film, paper feel soft and easy crack tear.
• Recycled wood pulp: should be food grade paper.
• Gray-based paper, for double wall out sleeve.

2, Coating / Laminating

A coating / laminating machine do this process. Coating film on base paper, for waterpoof and leakproof.

Coating material: PE, PLA, PBS, Water based barrier coating, Wax coating.

• PE (Polietilenă): Coating machine extrusion the PE film liner on the base paper. PE coated paper is the most common paper for cups making.
• PLA (Acid polilactic): Un bioplastic biodegradabil derivat din amidon de porumb sau canan de zahăr, folosit în “compostabil” cupe.
• PBS: Un plastic care posedă caracteristicile duble ale înlocuirii materialelor de biomasă pentru materiale din plastic și utilizarea proprietăților plasticilor în timp ce adăugați biodegradabilitate.
• Water based barrier coating paper: a kind of formula, mix different type of material coating on base paper, SAID it is Plastic FREE, compostabil.
• Wax coating: years ago, almost the first cups for cold drinks.

2-1, Hârtie acoperită cu PE

• • in market, PE coating paper is the most popular material for paper cup making machines.
  • 1PE paper, One side PE coated paper for hot drinks cups.
  • 2PE paper, Two side PE coated paper for cold drinks cups.

3, Slitting and Sheeter

• Slitting machine, slit big width roll to narrowl roll (cup bottom roll). (roll print, die cut, punch)
• Sheeter machine, cut roll paper to paper sheet. (offset print, web print, sheet die cut)

4, Printing

Print artwork logo for paper cups.

• Roll print: Flexo paper cup printing machine, water based ink, food grade, safe.
• Sheet print: Offset printer machine, web printing machine. Ink heavy smell problem, or color is easy scratched off.
• Fan print: Digital paper cup printing machine, print on white cup fan blank.

5, Die cutting and Punching

Die cut / punch the print paper to cup fan wall blanks (cup stocks).

5-1, Roll die cut :

Roll paper cup cutting machine, flat bed, easy change wooden knife board, die cut roll paper to cup fan blank sheet.

After die cut, need separate the cup fan from the die cut sheet, each fan a point joint on the scraps.

Manual separate, stripping, manual take the cup fan from the die cut sheet.

Auto separate, stripping

• • Roll die cutting and stripping machine, after die cut, auto stripping, collect cup fans.
  • Stripping machine, take out the cup fan, and strip the scraps.

5-2, Roll punching:

Roll paper cup punching machine, punch roll paper to cup fan blanks, collect cup fan stock, no need worker to separte the cup fan, only the punch die blade is costly.

Best one machine punch one size, frequantly change blade not that good for machine.

5-3, Sheet die cutting:

Manual die cut, Creasing & cutting machine, feed sheet ,die cut and out sheet, need take out the cup fans by hand or auto stripping machine.

Auto die cut:

• • Flat bed sheet cutting machine, automatic die cut.
  • Flat bed sheet cutting & stripping machine, cut and stipping automatic.

6, Making paper cups , of paper cup production line

• A Full servo paper cup machine do this step.
• Feed cup fan wall blanks to entrance, feed bottom roll paper to entrance,
• Cup machine automatic seal cup wall, punching bottom disc, bottom knurling, top rim curiling, descărcare, count and collect.

7, Packaging

Pack stack paper cups into plastic film bag, paper bags.

Manual pack: Employee pack the stacks cups into bag by hand.

Auto pack: packaging machine do this process.

• • Vertical paper cup packing machine, straight connect to cup machine, one cup machine one pack machine, small space, easy moving. Material is LDPE film.
  • Pillow Mașină de ambalare a cupei de hârtie, connect 1, 2, 4, 6 sets paper cup machines, make a line to pack cups. Material is BOPP film, 60gsm PE coated paper.
  • Drop bag Mașină de ambalare a cupei de hârtie, connect 1, 2, 4, 6 sets paper cup machines, make a line to pack cups. Material is LDPE film.

8, Carton Stacking and Pile Line

Pack bags into carton, stacking cartons to store.

• Manual pack: manual put bags into carton, stick tap, stack cartons to store.
• Auto pack: make a line to do this process, carton packing machine, carton stacking machine, carton pile macihine, și așa mai departe.

9, Plastic lids and Paper lids

Lids cover on paper cups, for drinks, take away, to go, pack, și așa mai departe.

• Plastic lid: plastic cup lid machine, making PS PET PP plastic lid cover.
• Paper lid: Mașină cu capac de hârtie, making paper lid, flat lid, come lid for cups.

10, Auxiliary of paper cup production line

• Air comprssor, provide air for machines pneumatic parts working.
• Tape water pipe system, some machines need tape water.
• Handtruck, Cart, Forklift, and something else.
• Tapping machine, tap on cartons.
• Paper scraps compactor machine, compress waste paper.

11, Solar Energy

• To save the energy, protect the environment, and also to save the cost.
• While set up the factory, same time plan the Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Generation.
