Cách làm cốc giấy

Cốc giấy:

(1) Tên bởi tài liệu: Một bên PE Cúp giấy phủ, Cúp giấy phủ hai bên PE;
(2) Tên bằng cách sử dụng: Cúp đồ uống nóng, Cold drinks Cup;
(3) Tên bằng cách sử dụng: Cola cup, Coffee cup, Tea cup, Ice cream cup/bowl, Soup bowl, vân vân;
(4) Name by appearance:
Paper Cup(3oz~32oz),
Paper Bowl(20oz~60oz),
Paper Bucket(32~200oz);
(5) Name by capacity: 150ml, 200ml, 250ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml cups, vân vân;
(6) Name by capacity: 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, 300cc, 500cc, vân vân,
(7) Name by capacity: 3oz, 4oz, 6oz, 7oz, 8oz, 9oz, 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz, 20oz, 22oz, 32oz, vân vân;
(8) Capacity: 1 oz = 28.34ml ;

One (single) PE coated paper cup, Popular for hot drink cups;

Two (double) PE coated paper cup, Popular for cold drink cups;

If use one PE paper cup for cold drink, the cup will become soft;

However One PE cup also can be used for cold drinks, if only use for a short time.

Paper Cups Material:

(1) Paper Cup Material Name: PE/PLA film coated/laminated paper ;
(2) PE: Polyethylene;
(3) PLA: Polylactide / Polylactic acid , full-biodegrable material, cost more than PE paper,
(4) Material Type:
One(single) side PE coated paper,
Two(double) side PE coated paper;
(5) One (single) side PE coated paper: PE film laminated on one-side of the paper;
the paper cup inside-surface is PE film laminated;
(6) Two (double) side PE coated paper: PE film laminated on both-side of the paper,
the paper cup both side surface are PE film laminated;
(7) Paper weight: 150~450gsm (g/m^2,, gram per square meter);
(8) PE weight: 10~24gsm ((g/m^2, , how many PE film laminated on 1 square meter paper);
(9) One PE paper weight: Paper + PE (250 + 15PE, we name it 250gsm or 265gsm) ;
(10) Two PE paper weight: PE + Paper + PE ( 12PE + 250 + 15PE, vân vân);

#### How to use PE film coated paper to make paper cups?

When Heating or Ultrasonic Wave is applied on PE film,

the PE film melted (by heating or ultrasonic wave),

then the melt part be welding(sealing) by PRESS.
